Processing Time: 1 – 2 Days

 Orders paid after 13:00 will start being processed the following working day.

 

Delivery Times

Standard Delivery (£2.90): 2 – 3 Working Days via Royal Mail 2nd Class 

Next Day Delivery (£5.07): 1 – 2 Working Days (Usually next working day from posting).

Free Delivery on Orders £15 and over Sent by Standard Delivery 2 – 3 Working Days via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

International Standard (£10.72):  6 - 7 Business days  via Royal Mail international

International Tracked (£12.42): 6 - 7 Business days via Royal Mail international

 For EU and non-EU customers, please note you may be charged VAT and/or customs fees. These will not be charged at the time of purchase, rather you will be invoiced directly by our delivery partner Royal Mail once your order has shipped. Scented Candles Shop  has no influence on these charges or rates.

Your order should be delivered within the time window stated on your checkout page.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the time window, please first check any tracking reference that may have been provided to you. 
Otherwise please get in touch and we’ll try to find out more information from the carrier (if possible).

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNING AN UNWANTED ITEM
 

If you’re not satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, you can return any unopened products to us. 
As long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the terms below.

Please return your item within 30 days of receiving and we will offer you a full refund to your original payment method, at the price you paid for the product.
Please note we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order.​​

RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM
 

If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged or an incorrect item, please contact Customer Service via the email address or telephone number below within 30 days of receiving your order. 
Make sure you do not dispose of any broken items as we will require photographic evidence to support any claims for damages. 
Once this has been provided, we will offer a full refund or replacement
